Creative Refrigeration & Stainless offer a variety of mechanical ventilation systems to improve your quality of life. Mechanical ventilation systems circulate fresh air using ducts and fans, instead of relying on natural airflow. They provide better indoor air quality and more control of airflow by removing excess moisture, odours and pollutants with proper intakes and exhausts. You can breathe easy, knowing that your building has excellent ventilation.
For most buildings, the natural forces of air pressure and gravity are simply not enough to circulate sufficient air throughout the building. Mechanical ventilation is necessary for buildings to replace stale air with fresh air. Ventilation helps to moderate interior temperatures and humidity, as well as replenishing oxygen. Without mechanical ventilation in buildings, odours, bacteria, dust, carbon dioxide or smoke will accumulate and build up over time. It is common for buildings to require mechanical ventilation for smells, humidity or smoke found in bathrooms, car parks or kitchens.
The team at Creative Refrigeration & Stainless can help you select the best system, based on your climate and any current heating and cooling systems. There are four main types of ventilation systems: circulation systems, pressure systems, vacuum systems, and local exhaust systems.
Circulation systems create internal air movement and do not introduce new fresh air. Alternately, a pressure system blows fresh air into a building via inlet fans, creating a higher internal pressure than the outside air. Vacuum systems extract interior air by an exhaust fan, creating a lower pressure system inside than the outside air. Local exhaust systems extract local sources of heat or contaminants at the source, such as cooker hoods or fume cupboards.
With over 20 years of experience, the team at Creative Refrigeration & Stainless are here to help. As specialists in stainless steel fabrication and air conditioning systems, we can design and custom-make ducts and ventilation systems to suit your needs. We are happy to help with exhaust systems, cooling towers and any other ventilation you may require for your commercial or industrial premises.
